Shipping Policy

SHIPPING RATES
We ship all orders via Delhivery, BluDart, Xpressbees, and DTDC and provide FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA. All items are shipped as tracked parcels, and you will receive a tracking number once the product is ready to ship.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
We offer many different options to our customers, so some orders take longer than others. Ikebana takes no responsibility for lost shipments, although we will do our best to track them down.

Processing Time:

Please allow us up to 12 days to carefully make your order for you and then ship it.

Delivery Time:

Major cities in India: 3-5 business days after shipping
Other locations in India: 5-7 business days after shipping.

RE-SHIPPING CHARGES
Our shipping partners will make 2 attempts to deliver your package. If they are unable to deliver, the package will be returned to us. In order to re-ship the order to you, we will be charging a shipping fee to you, unfortunately.
