Cancellation & Return Policy

CANCELLATION

After placing their order, customers may cancel it only if it has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellations on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

In case of cancellation, no credit refund is given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another product(s) of the same or higher value by paying the remainder. You may also opt for a credit note that can be redeemed later for any future purchase on our website with a validity of 6 months.

Note: Any delay in delivery due to unexpected circumstances in transit, orders cannot be canceled. In case of cancellation, no credit refund will be provided.

PAYMENT

Online payment is accepted via UPI, PayPal, and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay, Diner's Club, and Maestro. An invoice will be emailed showing a breakdown of your purchases. We also accept cash on delivery (COD) at an additional charge of Rs 180 only.


EXCHANGE/RETURNS/ REFUNDS


All sales are final. However, if a malfunction or failure occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange, within 7 days from the date of delivery, upon return receipt and complete product inspection. You will receive a 100% full refund on the purchase price back into the original mode of payment. It can take between 4-12 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your mode of payment, bank, credit card processor, holidays, etc.

Suppose you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can opt for an exchange with another product(s) of the same or higher value by paying the remainder within the exchange period of 7 days from the date of delivery. You may also opt for a credit note that can be redeemed later for any future purchase on our website with a validity of 6 months.


OUR FAIR TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • All we ask is that your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be returned with its original packaging and literature.
  • We cannot accept returns/replacements nor issue refunds on items that have been used or have a worn-out look due to improper storage conditions.
  • We offer a reverse pick-up in case of a return. 
  • If your package is lost or damaged on its way back to us, we cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for such packages.
  • Ikebana reserves the right to approve/reject refund claims after inspection of returned items.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Since leather is an animal product, each hide is slightly different, giving it its unique character. As a result, we cannot guarantee that every product will look the same.

If leather is unavailable at the time, another similar leather can be suggested. The availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.
